Our Studio
Our reformer Pilates studio is thoughtfully designed to create a peaceful and welcoming environment, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in your practice. We have a wide variety of classes taught on the Balanced Body studio reformer catering to all levels from beginner to advanced.
Experience the fundamentals with our classic reformer sessions, elevate your workout with high-energy jumpboard classes, and build strength through dynamic suspension training. Each class is crafted to help you achieve greater length and strength, making your journey with us both enjoyable and effective.

Our Story
Debbie and Suzy began as colleagues, but their shared passion for teaching Pilates classes quickly transformed into an enduring friendship. Their distinct personalities and teaching styles create a harmonious blend, enhancing each other's strengths and enriching their approach to teaching.
They are thrilled to bring their dream to life by opening a Pilates studio where inclusivity is at the heart of everything they do. Their goal is to create a welcoming environment where everyone—regardless of age, gender, or skill level—can feel comfortable. By removing the intimidation often associated with Pilates, Debbie and Suzy are dedicated to making their studio a place where everyone can embrace the benefits of Pilates with confidence and joy.

Our Instructors
Our certified reformer Pilates instructors have completed an intensive 500-hour training program, ensuring they bring a wealth of expertise and dedication to every class.
With nearly a decade of experience as certified instructors, we specialize in enhancing flexibility and strength through Pilates.
We warmly guide newcomers into the practice with a supportive approach, while our seasoned clients often leave with a gratifying ache and a smile, saying, “ Oh, my gosh! I am still feeling it from your class yesterday. Thank you!”
