Studio Policies

As a courtesy to other clients and instructors:

• Absolutely no phone use during class! Please step outside to take emergency calls.
• Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene. Socks are available for purchase at the studio.
• Please do not wear lotions or oils on skin when coming to the studio. Please use a Reformer Mat when wearing any type of lotion or oil.
• Street shoes are to be removed inside the studio.
• Please arrive on time to avoid disrupting the class. If a client is late and another client is waiting for a spot, 5 minutes after class starts the space will be given to the waiting client. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be allowed to join the class and will be considered a late cancel.

General Studio terms and conditions include:

• All purchases are non-refundable
• Auto-pay requires 15 day cancellation notice. Packages renew monthly automatically. Contract minimum 3 months.
• Maximum of 1 class per day for Unlimited memberships.
• If you are waitlisted for a class, please be prepared to show up to class. You will need to remove yourself from the waitlist if you are not able to make it to class. You are responsible for the class if you are added within the 6 hour period before class starts.
• All class packages have expiration dates. Dates will not be extended.
• Memberships may be placed on hold for free once per year, additional freezes are each $25 for activating/deactivating hold.
• Monthly memberships, Privates and Duets have additional fees charged for late cancellations or no shows. Please see below for details.
• Private or duet sessions are appointment based, please contact your instructor or the studio for assistance.
• Instructors are subject to change. The studio will do it's best to inform clients of any changes.
• Our instructors are trained and skilled professionals but we are not physical therapists. Please disclose any chronic/acute or recent injuries to an instructor at the beginning of class.

FOR UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIPS

• All late cancels should be made online. No emails or phone calls.
• LATE FEE is $20 if a client cancels a class reservation within 6 hours prior to class start time.
• NO SHOW FEE is $25 If a client does not show up to class.

FOR PRIVATES AND DUETS

• All late cancels should be made via a direct call to the instructor.
• LATE FEE is a charge of 1/2 the cost of service and the class session will not be consumed if the client cancels reservation within 12 hours prior to appointment time.
• NO SHOW FEE is the class session is consumed and not refundable.

FOR ALL OTHER PURCHASES (Class Packages and 4/8/12 pack memberships)

• All late cancels should be made online. No emails or phone calls.
• LATE FEE If a client cancels a class reservation within 6 hours prior to class start time, the class session is consumed and not refundable.
• NO SHOW FEE If a client does not show to the class, the class session is consumed and not refundable.

Privates

• All privates are appointment based

Duets

• All duets are appointment based
• Duets require 2 clients at a time. If one client does not show for the duet, the appointment will be honored and the no show client will be charged accordingly
